If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points
after approximately 30 days.
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
